Returns & Eligibility
At Krazzyyy, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact The product should not be damaged, washed, or altered A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons (e.g., heavily discounted items, innerwear, or clearance products). Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the pickup or self-shipping process.Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. The item must pass a quality check to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refund timelines: Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. We offer exchanges for size issues or defective products, subject to availability. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
